Nice for the price! For $100. they will do what I need. Add some grip tape on the steps and they'd be perfect.

The stairs themselves are well made and sturdy. It was really easy to put together. I really wish I could purchase an additional handrail. I would be happy to pay for it. The company doesn’t sell parts. Customer service is quite limited. My chats and emails are answered, but it seems they don’t understand me. The responses don’t really answer my questions or concerns.

These were the perfect temporary steps while we were leveling the patio and build of the new deck and stairs. Easy to assemble, and guide is better than some. I do suggest that after the first full day or two of use, a thorough retorque of all fasteners is completed to be sure that nothing has loosened during the "break-in" period. Loctite the Bolts. They back off and get lost very easy. The stairs as a unit is solid......when it's not falling apart from missing Bolts.

Steps are super solid but the handle fell apart the first month

Paid 120. $. Tried to return never opened box. Offered $72. For return. Steps were too small. I had to eat the difference. I will not do business with your company again and as telling everyone not to buy from you. Your return policy sucks.

The handrail was the wrong length. To make it fit, I had to modify it using my own metal tubing. Extremely inconvenient. I do not recommend this product.
