Extremely cheap quality but broke in a week. I would not recommend. Walmart offers better quality than this.

J’ai commandé un tuyau d'arrosage de 40 mètres chez Vevor, mais j’ai reçu seulement 35 mètres. Impossible de contacter le service client correctement, on me demande une “preuve” sans expliquer comment la fournir. Très déçu de l’expérience : produit non conforme et service client inefficace. Je déconseille fortement.

Es lamentable que no traiga las instrucciones en Español. No debería estar permitido que se comercialice en un producto sin instrucciones en Español.

Lasted less than a month before the reel quit working. Trying to get a replacement or a refund is a joke. This is the second item that has quit working with minimum use. Cheap for a reason!

Not very happy have had the hose rail for less than one year leaks. Customer support is very hard to deal with. They asked to send videos and they only take a specified file which an Apple phone doesn’t do so I don’t know how they expect us to send a video considering there’s thousands of millions of Apple phone phones around like the product until it really leaked

I didn't receive my order

Better make sure you buy the extended warranty. Mine already broke what we back in. Also reduces water pressure with a half inch reel would not recommend.

Very disappointed, spring broke after very few uses. Now the hose won't recoil. Not fit for purpose.
