Had this reel for less than 3 weeks and it won't lock in place anymore. Also not very easy to pull the hose out. Very disappointed.

Good product but not great. Hard to lock in hose reel. Constantly got to pull on hose to lock in but still wants to rewind. I would return but since ive only made about 15 purchases from vevor they want to charge me SHIPPING ON ANOTHER ITEM AND THIS IS WITH MY HASSLE FREE RETURN Policy I HAVE. BEWARE OF VEVORS FALSE CLAIMS OF RETURNS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU SHIPPING

Fastners ineffective plastic shields don’t work well

If I could return this, I would. Find a different brand. The threads are poor, the hose is weak, and the retraction method is frustrating. We have two other brands of retractable hoses and both have been great for 4 and 3 years respectively. If this one makes it the season, I will be shocked.

Low water pressure

The good: The overall construction is ok and easy to setup. The bad: The hose is a joke. Compared to a store bought 1/2" garden hose, it's not even close. The internal opening for water flow is maybe 1/4". I know for a fact this hose will not supply enough water for my pressure washer. This is a very disappointing purchase, and I will probably never buy from Vevor again. Lesson learned.

The reel in mechanism failed the third time I used it. It won’t reel in the hose after use. It worked the first two times. Now it only reels in half the hose before it stops.

They don’t sell 11.5 mm drill bits at lowes. Half inch is slightly too big! Why sell something like this unless you include bit?

The spray nozel is the cheapest garbage I have ever seen. All three units were leaking everywhere. I sent video to prove it. The hose is the lowest quality of hoze made. Very disappointed in this purchase. No wonder it's cheap.

I bought two of these hose reels, expecting them to match the advertised size, but what I received is completely misleading and false advertising at its finest. The "5/8-inch" hose has an actual inner diameter of only .465 inches—far smaller than claimed. The "1/2-inch" hose is even worse, measuring just .340 inches inside. These are not industry-standard sizes, and the restriction on water flow is significant. If you’re expecting full water pressure, forget about it—this thing will choke your flow down to a trickle. For a product designed to handle water, size matters, and this company clearly doesn’t care about accuracy in their listings. If you need real performance and proper hose dimensions, look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of money, and I’ll be returning them immediately.
