Worked well but have 1 issues with these. When you screw on the sprayer, the male end breaks loose and freely spins once the sprayer is screwed on so you can't unscrew it. Had this happen to a couple of these that I purchased. Messaged Customer Support and waiting a response.

This the second one I brought. The first one the male part of the hose started to leak. Tried to find replacement but couldn't. So i brought a whole new one. Your product is cheap. And if I didn't have it mounted to my house I would have just threw it away.

Mechanisch in Ordnung. Leider ist der Schlauch von schlechter Qualität. Der Schlauchanschluss der Trommel ist mit dem Anschlussstück verpresst - und somit nur schwer zu reparieren! Der Anschlussschlauch der Trommel löst sich nach nur einem Jahr auf - wobei sich die Innen- und die Aussenhülle voneinader trennen! Ersatzteile?

It has never worked right. There was som little plastic piece broke inside when we bought it. We purchase from here all the time but we are very upset about this product. We need a refund.

My hose broke within less than a year. It doesn't retract anymore

The 130ft 1/2 is ok to water plants but it has no where near the pressure or volume of my standard 1/2 garden hose from menards. I wish I would have got the 5/8 130 ft. It wasn't available at the time. VEVOR Customer Service offered to refund me 65 bucks or return both 130ft 1/2 hose reals. Problem is I already used one and don't have the box. I just wanted to return the one in a box and get the 5/8 130ft real. But that's not a option lol!!!

Two of the three retractable reels purchased work inconsistently at best. Lots of coaxing to make it retract the hose. One will not do it with the hose filled with water, the other barely retracts fully when empty. Customer service slow, and pretty much unavailable.

I purchased a 100ft model for my backyard for my wife to use to water her flowers. It was the new styl with the black hose. She loved it so I purchased this 65ft for the front yard. This one is the old style with a gray hose. She hates it. My wife is a smaller, older woman and she has problems pulling this one out and getting it to lock. It’s 3 times harder to pull out. I reached out to Vevor tech support and explained the situation and told them I wanted to return this for the new style and I would pay the difference in price. I was told that they sent me the one I ordered and they would not work with me. After 10 emails back and forth and getting the run around. I’m done with Vevor If you order a hose reel from Vevor make sure it is the new style with the black hose. This one works great the gray hose one sucks. Hope this helps someone.
