They don’t stand by there warranties. I’ve purchased MULTIPLE things and they never stay by there warranties. My company is done investing money to this company

You can't turn this off at the end of the hose with either attachment. The only way to turn the water off is to go to the faucet and turn it off there. The attachments do not have the ability to turn the water off when you are done using it. You have to go to your faucet, turn it off and then retrack the hose. Everything is plastic.

I received this with no shipping damage. However after opening and going through the entire process of mounting bracket and hanging reel, I couldn't attach connection hose to water faucet because the attachment coupling was "oval" in shape and not "round" like it should be. My choice was to repair at my own expense or go through the trouble of repacking everything and returning for replacement which is a lot of trouble. This could all be avoided by having good quality control!!!!

Very hard to pull out, needs to exert much force to extend out. Extremely tight to maneuver and kinks easily. Otherwise so far it’s comparable to others bought.

Why they offer the 1/2" is a waste of money! Water volume slowes so much it's not worth using. Using a 5/8" way more water volume. Like most of there items they aren't made to last.

A bit desapointed. I put the reel on the ceiling of my garage. When i roll the hose back, each time i struggle to enter the last 5-6 feets on the reel. Most of time it's impossible to enter it.

Nice hose reel except it leaks at the end connection where the hose is pressed on to the male fitting. Also once you install the sprayer it cannot be removed. The fitting into the sprayer spins and there is nothing to grab onto. I had to cut the hose to remove the sprayer because it froze and cracked due to not being able to remove it prior to freezing. Vevor cheaped out on this design just to save a few pennies.

I was expecting the quality of the hose to be better than what it is, for the price the hose should be a better quality and not a cheap flimsy one. The nozzle attachment didn’t have any washers in it and the handle was broken, overall it does the job ok, bought it mainly for watering my house plants I keep on my front porch and washing my vehicles!

At first I thought this was a great product. But asbyiu use it you realize is starts to get sluggish rewinding itself. If you look inside you see what appears to be a plastic chain that operates the rewind mechanism. It's only a matter of time before it breaks or strips.

Very nice looking retractable hose reel. My biggest and only complaint is that the pressed on fitting at the end of the hose where you would install the sprayer leaks and cannot be repaired. After I screwed on the sprayer and used it to wash my travel trailer it constantly leaks and runs down my arm. I attempted to removed thr sprayer however the pressed on fitting rotates as it should and I cannot removed the sprayer as there is nothing substantial to hold onto to remove it. Looks like I'll have to cut off the hose on the end in order to remove the sprayer. Vevor took the cheap way out in this design aspect. Very disappointing.
