Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Absolutely love this unit. Had a little trouble installing it, however, I finally got it and it works beautifully.

The hose kinks a lot. If I had known I would have gotten a thicker hose

Was great but I left it out over winter and it broke. And I bought another one that I will bring in in the winter.

Used it for the 5th time and the hose guide has stopped working. It will not roll up the entire hose with this piece on working.

First time i pulled it out to 75' belt came off...still won't retract all the way...hose has to roll up perfect or it hits the top case. Too be determined...

Stop retracting after a couple of months

I have 2. One is great for over a year so ii bought another. #2. Level wind stopped working day. 3. Its weak for over 100 ft hose.

Not impressed, the hose kinks up too easily
