Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Haven’t used it yet but it looks like good quality and was a good value.

So far the product has worked ok although I've only used it twice so far due to cold weather. The main issue I've seen so far is the hose. It is thin and appears to be of cheap quality. I have my doubts ast to how long the hose will last.. I was going to buy a second hose reel for my house but with the larger diameter hose but I'm going to wait and see how this one holds up.. the spray nozzle is cheap plastic but works. The retractable portion and hose reeling seem to work oK.

It looks good, mounts relatively easily, doesn't leak. The hose does not retract with much force and often requires me to push the hose into the reel or there will be 5 feet excess hanging out. Overall I am satisified

This sure beats manually reeling in the hose! My only wish is that it was a metal hose.

Very good product , reasonably priced and a prompt delivery

Pas encore mie en route

This is a good hose reel for the value. It’s sturdy and has good water flow. The size is average compared to other brands. The plastic material seems a little less quality than others, but you’re saving half the price. The retracting ability is a bit or miss. That’s the biggest downfall for me.

A little wear and tear after a years worth of use and moving it to three locations but it operates fine still. When I buy again, ill be getting a shorter hose with smaller diameter hose due to water pressure concerns though.

I would recommend a stronger return spring mechanism, as one has to really work hard to ensure the hose goes back in the reel.

Replaced my manual wind hose reel with this 65ft retractable, works great, easy to install. Only issue was with the nozzle leaking, I added some teflon tape to the threads of the hose, no more leaks!
