Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Like the VEVOR retractable hose real very much, makes watering easy. The stop start hose roll up feature works great. Attaching mounting bracket to wood frame house required different style fasteners. But after stopping by hardware store that problem got solved. The unit swivel pin has a lot of free play and makes the it hang substantially out of level. Wondering how long this will last before something will give way as a lot of weight is being applied to this swivel bracket. Weathering and oxidation are potential reason the bracket might eventually fail. I like the VERVOR unit so I am already thinking about potential fixes. So far so good.

The reel and hose work well but the spray nozzle on both units lasted less than a year. I store them inside for the winter but still leaked from the handle molding not the connection.

Great unit

The metal female couplink that gets attached to the hose bib was completely loose from the hose. water leaks now and i haven't contacted the company yet. They need better quality control.

Super produit !

My Vevor retractable water hose has been a game changer very easy to use very easy to retract back to position. The only thing is the plastic mountain bracket wish there would have been metal.

...im Mai 2023 gekauft und nun 3 Jahre später ist die Rückzugsfeder gebrochen bzw. abgegrissen. jetzt wird es doch eine Markentrommel...

I have 3 of these. Cured the hose problem.

Would rather have 5/8

It has been a great addition to our garden. Makes it super easy to water extra if needed without the hassle winding the hose up. Only complaint is the nozzle it came with is subpar.
