Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

I bought 2 of these for the front and back yards. One of them had broken the retract spring and I called Vevor to buy a new spring after a few emails from the company, they said that they cannot send just a spring from the manufacturing company but they could either replace the whole thing of send me a $50 and I could keep the broken one. I chose the replacement and it arrived in 3 days! Great customer support and a very good customer service with the Vevor company!

Super

Receive it quickely like always with Vevor The reel works like a charm Just pull on the hose the length desired let it retract them pull like a foot and let go the reel blocks it self Just love it

Good quality and works as it should :)

I bought this for my wife’s garden. She is super excited. It’s easy to mount, works flawlessly and keeps the hose from being constantly in the way. Highly recommend!

It makes having a hose easy. My wife loves it so she can water her plants. Only retracts when you pull on it. Easy to assemble

Works perfect. Bought 2

Excelent

I really like this product , one suggestion would be to have a bolt thyme with a locking nut , to keep it from being stolen .
