Absolute garbage
Sprayer started leaking 2 weeks after purchase. Got partial refund for it. Now less than 3 months in - entire hose is broken, no water is flowing out of it. Checked our water pressure, different hoses - no issues. Will not buy any tools from this brand. First disappointment with chainsaw and now this.

Worked till it didn't
I was so excited to make my life easier and it did for about a month. Now when you go to rewind the tracking piece on the bar that moves to retract the hose evenly on the reel no longer moves. This make it hard for the hose to retract and only in the same space.

These hoses will not rinse soap off a car they have absolutely no water pressure. Nothing of what they advertise them to be.

Broke on the first time I used it
Bought this last year, fitted it. Never used it until today. Pulled the hose out, did the job. Went to pull the hose to reel back in, didnt work. Hose is now just like my last one laying on the ground making a mess. Contacted CS on chat they didnt resolve it they just created a BS ticket to hopefully waste time to get me out of warranty. I have to wait for an Email, ridiculous just like they asked for a video of the fault. Seriously, just a lot of wasting time so I may miss the email and miss the cut off for the return. I know these tricks, how about being a good retailer and swapping it!

Finally got around to installing this unit today. Something is plugged up on the inside as almost no water will flow through the unit. Tried to back flush it and absolutely no water will pass through it that way

The hose is very flimsy and kinks easily.The pressure is very low due to the orifice of the connector. Not worth the money.I highly recommend you find another brand and dont waste your money on this one.
