This device has a weak water stream compared to other garden hoses. If water pressure is important to you, then buy 5/8 hose instead of 1/2 inch hose.

One good thing but several not so good of things. The length of the hose is great, but the length and size of the hose is also detrimental if you don't have the pressure and flow to push the water through such a small sized hose. I have half the pressure I normally would with a larger hose. Also, the crimped end of the hose leaks non stop (where the sprayer gets twisted on).

Stopped retreating the hose after about 11 months

Was excited to receive the item. Unboxed it and everything looked good. Installation was pretty cut and dry. The main complaint is that there’s just not a whole lot of pressure or volume in the hose and I’m guessing it’s because it’s such a small hose in diameter. Will probably end up having to replace it.

They don’t stand by there warranties. I’ve purchased MULTIPLE things and they never stay by there warranties. My company is done investing money to this company

You can't turn this off at the end of the hose with either attachment. The only way to turn the water off is to go to the faucet and turn it off there. The attachments do not have the ability to turn the water off when you are done using it. You have to go to your faucet, turn it off and then retrack the hose. Everything is plastic.

I received this with no shipping damage. However after opening and going through the entire process of mounting bracket and hanging reel, I couldn't attach connection hose to water faucet because the attachment coupling was "oval" in shape and not "round" like it should be. My choice was to repair at my own expense or go through the trouble of repacking everything and returning for replacement which is a lot of trouble. This could all be avoided by having good quality control!!!!

Hose will not retract. Sent pictures no response. Should be covered under the one year warranty Buyer Beware !!

Item failed after having it for a week.. not satisfied..

I am very disappointed in the pressure. We cannot even use a small sprinkler at the end of the hose. Sent in a report and after 2 days we have not gotten a response. Therefore I am not giving this a good review..
