Bought this hose reel now it leaking from sprayer but cant get it off cause of the design on male end. It just spins when I try and unscrew it.Ill have to cut sprayer off I guess but itll happen to next sprayer I put on it. Its a terrible design!

Arrived Damaged
Just ordered for my dad for Father's Day and when we went to install it we found the Tap to Reel hose was damaged and couldn't be used. I reached out to Vevor and am waiting to hear back. Will revise when I am able to use it

Retractable waterhose
Small diameter but comes with hose and nozzle. The bad thing is it has now quit retracting. Goes partnof the way in and just stops. Basically back to.having a hose wrapped up on the ground.

The included nozzle is very cheaply made and leaks. Upon attempting to remove it to use another nozzle, I found that the hose end spins in place, rather than un-threading from the nozzle. I'm now left with a leaky nozzle stuck on the hose, and customer support has not responded after nearly 1 week and multiple follow-ups. Would not recommend this product.

Came with a bad copper fitting and leaks really bad called customer service left a message no response so I sent a email twice and no response, I would call that poor customer service at best 3 days later and still no call back and no response to email I would definitely not recommend this item
