Found this hose at a great price, much less than the 3/4 " option so i bought it only to regret my decision-- I'd happily pay full price to not own a hose thats never, ever used, thats on me though, trying to save $30 - then paying $90 for a wall ornament

I bought it to replace my previous non-retractable hose which was barely long enough for our needs at 115 ft., but this so-called 130' hose turns out to be the same length as my previous one. Very disappointed that I don't get that additional 15'!

1/2 diameter really restricts water flow Plastic peg is bending as it's not strong enough to hold the unit. Included nozzle is absolute crap. Metal anchor is very good. Hose length is surprisingly long Retracts very well without issue.

I can't give this a honest opinion yet because I am missing the mounting tube to secure the hose reel. There for I have not been able to test how it is. I will gladly update my review when and if I receive the mounting tube to complete the installation.

Price was very good in comparison with similar models. I am pleased with its convenience but I recommend the 5/8 “hose. The 1/2” is too small. It slows down the water flow too much.

hose seems nice, very hard to pull out and set so it doesn't get sucked back in, the rolling system seems very fragile don't expect it to last very long. doesn't look robust enough to handle the amount of work it requires to guide the hose out and in. but worse is the amount of water pressure. I have great water pressure and this hose restricts so bad.

Extremely well made. I wanted the 5/8 version and had to settle for the 1/2 version due to out of stock. Definitely wish I had waited for the 5/8 because the 1/2in version really struggles with water pressure. My home has great water pressure but this thing leaves alot to be desired.

The hose nozzle broke on day one. The screws it comes with are absolute junk, you’ll need to buy good quality screws. I’m glad it came with a second nozzle but pretty bummed as this wasn’t exactly in the budget, but had to have it! It’s a good concept but needs some work!

Please arrive on time; it's perfectly made, and I am thrilled. I would purchase it again. I am very surprised with this product after several reviews I realize i made the perfect choice

The retracting spring broke after the third or fourth time, maybe? So rather than replace or refund. Vevor has tried to get me to fix it. Told me that how to operate it which was absolutely silly then offered to have it fixed and give me $20 for my trouble. Then offered me $32 for the thing because there is nowhere to get it fixed around here. I asked several times to either refund it or send me another one and they keep sending me messages to do things other than what I want them to do
