Broke the casing came apart and VEVOR wants to offer $20 credit should replace it for free with the updated version

Only used it about 10 times and already leaks at part where hose connects to hose sprayer. Disappointing

Reel works fine. Easy to install. Hose is too small. Not enough water flow.

When you pull the hose out most or all the way, and retract it the whole thing shakes so bad u til the pin comes out of the bottom. Have to be very careful, it’s only plastic

Didn’t hold up very well in the sun.. plastic is breaking.

The reels are easy to mount and work well. The nozzles do not tighten enough to stop the leaks. The stem of the threaded part turns inside the hose making it impossible to tighten enough.

I purchased a retractable hose less than six months ago and it doesn't retract all the way, do return it for another

Like it overall but regardless of the sprayer used it leaks continuously. Don't like having to turn off the spigot every time I use

Had no trouble receiving this product, but just having a possible defective orange nozzle. Thinner hose, not strong water pressure like the old thicker hose had. I have not contacted Vevor to ask for the nozzle replacement due to the lack of my free time. I will contact them when I am on the summer break from school. Being a teacher is not the easy thing to live on, but I do love kids.

Its okay but for the cost was hoping for better, but im sure it will have to be replaced within a year
