Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Works great... love it... only issue is when nozzle gets tightened down the house end thread spin making it nearly impossible to get nozzle off.

Easy to use did have to drill out the bracket and use a bigger bolt for application as the bolts that come with are not a common size and did not do well in concrete block for my application. The hose pulls out easy and is easy to return back to the reel. This hose is on the smaller size and does not have a ton of flow. I attached a lawn spray to the hose and was unable to get it to have enough flow to dispense the concentrate I was using. Overall great and easy to use. My kids have no issue either using this on there own.

Great product in the past I could never get my wife to roll up the hose this reel solved that problem she loves it I love it thank you Vevor.

Seems to be a super great product after using it a week but I do wonder how well the hose is going to hold up as the hose itself is very light weight which I like so if the hose does last then this product is 5 stars all the way down the line and is there replacement hoses available when this one breaks if so I would like to purchase one

Being early spring, I haven't had opportunity to use this much, it seems durable and utilitarian. The sprayer on the other hand is complete trash. Lucky I had another from the old hose.

Works great, i love how easy it is now to just wash my car and not have to drag out a water hose , hook it up, then when finished have to disconnect and put up the hose. Makes life easier.

Overall, it’s a good product, but I have drip leaks where it connects to the hose bib, and to the spout. The gaskets don’t seem to be large enough to keep it from dripping

Used all summer without too many issues of kinking and rolls up nice. We have a long driveway and multiple garden this allows us to water easier and more often.

I know it seems strange 4 star review yet 5 stars in all the categories. The reason for 4 stars is the hose whips back into place so fast and hard it can be destructive to plants & things near it. I slow it down by loosely holding it.

Purchased this Hose Reel combo for my parents home in May 2023 and they are extremely happy with it. My dad is 82 years old and said that it was very easy to install; he installed it on the side of their house and the hose can reach beyond the property line. My mother is an avid gardener and said she loves the length of the hose, and the fact that it automatically retracts. They didn't particularly like the nozzle because it is a slide on, slide off function instead of the normal trigger; a minor issue, but worth mentioning. Their overall impression is that this is a great product and worth the cost.
