Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

I placed the order and received my Vevor 130 ft ½" retractable hose reel in a very short amount of time. Installation was simple. I was mounting this to a 4x4 post. Connection to my pump was simple. I would give it 5 stars except for these items of criticism: -my mom has tried to use it and it gets a little difficult for her (she is 83 years old) to pull the full 130 feet out of the unit. -the hose does tend to kink relatively easy. So you have to watch the hose at all times to undo the kink otherwise no water pressure at all Otherwise, I am happy that I purchased this for my mom's house! It makes watering our plants a much simpler task than pulling a regular hose around the house.

So far I am very happy with this hose. It eady pretty easy to pull out and it goes back in great. I am thinking of getting one for my other 2 faucets.

Unit was easy to mount and has plenty of hose length. The nozzle had some plastic flashing on the spray port which deflected the strem but once removed was fine.

This is very useful and the long length is a big plus! Was fairly easy to mount to the wall and the retractable hose works really well.

Finally got this installed and it works great! Just wishI would have gotten the larger diameter hose. I did use my own wall anchors for concrete block and uppped to 3/8. Solid as a rock. Just hope it lasts.

Works great, the only drawback is when you only need a small amount of hose length, the rest of the hose is still coiled up in the housing which reduces the water flow some.

I really like the house and retractable reel! The attachments like spray nozzles, are cheap made and broke before I used it.

After having alot of dissatisfaction with the shipping of this product, I finally picked it up at the post office today, 6/10/25. It all looks good and thanks

Good product so far

Wished I got a larger hose size. May upgrade later all good so far
