Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

Luv how it recoils. Luv the quality of mounting and its ability to swivel 180 degrees. Only wish I had my eyes open enough to realize I ordered 1/2 inch hose size because it limits my ability to have a stronger water pressure when cleaning up after the dog. Recommend you definitely go with 5/8 size and wish they had a 3/4 inch size hose. Went with 100 ft length and that’s great. Looking to potentially by another if they come out with a bigger hose. Ability to disconnect and put in basement during winter is also awesome and super easy. I’ve purchased many over years and this is the best one I’ve ever worked with. Thank you.

The is great no problem with the hose. The only problem I have now there’s somebody broke the tip that where I put the nozzle and I’ve been trying to find a tip to fix the hose. I don’t know if you guys have one that I could fix the hose so I could put the nozzle back a broke right on the crimp of the nozzle you could see. Let me know or text me letting me know that you have the repair kit for it or email me. smerle2237@aol.com thank you

Works well but doesn’t appear it’s going to last years. To start the large pin holding it to the mounting is plastic. The connectors are a fragile plastic. This said it is working very well without issue.

It's definitely decent for the price just wish the house was bigger for better water pressure.

was easy to hang and working well. makes things much easier and quicker

The hose doesn't retract all the way. Also it isn't easy to pull it out and stay there. I chatted with Amir and he said that he would help me and never responded after initially writing. That's not good customer service.

One of the Best Buy’s I have had!! Just what we needed and works for us!!! Wish we had this years ago instead of dragging a 200’ of hose around . If you are a senior person and love lawn work and flowers etc this is for you!!!! I am 79 and needed this years ago!!!!

Simple and easy to use. looks to be sturdy, no issues so far.

I really like the hastle free use. However, I regret not getting the 5/8th inch house. The 1/2 inch provides insufficient pressure.

The connections maybe 1/2”, but the actual hose is much smaller. Still works well, but the volume of water is much smaller.
