Customer Reviews for VEVOR Retractable Hose Reel, 130 ft x 1/2 inch, 180° Swivel Bracket Wall-Mounted, Garden Water Hose Reel with 9-Pattern Nozzle, Automatic Rewind, Lock at Any Length, and Slow Return System

The hose reel is very nice, seems to bee well made, but yet, not too heavy. Makes watering plants on the other side of the yard much easier. Not dragging out 100' of hose and manually winding it back up. My wife loves it.

Good product

was concerned about the quality and the flow capabilities of this hose due to length and diameter. However I was very pleasantly surprised on the durability that I believe this hose reel will provide based on the quality materials. It feels well built and its tight. Not flimsy or light duty. It has a strong thick plastic frame and smooth working mechanism. The hose is also a strong of high quality material that appears to resist kinks and swelling. I'm quite pleased and I give credit where due. I also call out the negatives. So far the only negative is the spray nozzle is "Mehh" not bad just ok. in reality its not a negative but does not seem to be as impressive as the rest of the hose and reel. You can always upgrade the nozzle later. I used a pressure treated 4x4 concreted in to the ground to mount it on. It works great.

I ordered the 1/2 hose reel without realizing that it is not suitable for my purpose. After some online communications with Vevor, they agreed to refund the full purchase price.

Bought one. Easy install. Works great. Only problem is inspection cover must have blown off somehow????? Vevor has fantastic customer service and communication and replaced the entire unit at no charge. I would not hesitate to buy one from Vevor.

Love it

Product was easy to install .....wished I had purchased one sooner! Absolutely love mine

Way better than plastic cans at a great price. Will be buying more.

Easy to install & works great

I have had this for approx 2.5-3 months now and it works great, makes putting the hose away a lot easier.
