This dock ladder is a total game-changer for our lake house!
NO
The retractable design is so convenient, allowing us to adjust the height based on the water level. The wide, non-slip steps make getting in and out of the water so much easier and safer. The sturdy construction and high weight capacity give us peace of mind, especially with kids and adults using it. It's been a great addition to our dock, and we're so happy with this purchase!

What we were needing
NO
Love this ladder! It was all we expected. Seems GREAT! Everyone loved it (especially compared to the flimsy rope one). It was not difficult to assemble, all the parts were there to assemble and mount it.

Ladder review
The ladder is just what I needed, but I have 't been able to install it yet due to the missing pieces. They have been shipped supposedly.

Good if you're handy - easy to take with you at the end of the trip/season
NO
I'll be using this ladder on a dock that we only visit seasonally. The design makes it easy for me to mostly preassemble and throw in the back of the truck. All I have to do is screw down the mounting plates when we get there and unscrew them when the trip is over (if I don't then I'll have to buy another one next year). The metal feels reasonably strong. I like the four inch step widths. The skinny or round steps always hurt my feet when I climb (I'm over 200 lbs). I was really impressed by the fish scale welds holding all the prefab pieces together. Usually you're lucky to get a spot/laser weld. These look like they should hold up for a long time. I always struggle with stuff like this that has a bunch of pieces to put together. It's not hard, it's just tedious. So long as you can put together flat pack furniture I think you'll be ok. There are instructions, read them. Barring any QC errors I think most people will find these to be a good value.

Got this for my pool it was easy to install and it looks amazing. It was very easy to install and had no trouble with the ladder not fitting the side of the pool.

Maschinenbautechniker
Sehr geehrtes Team,
Stefan Dreizler

One minor part was missing and the process to get that part provided was arduous and frustrating; being able to deal only with chat bots that could not understand that ladder was unusable without the part.
They would not expedite; taking over 3 days to respond to request and then suggesting up to another 15 days to deliver missing part
