We have had a few of these for about a year now. They retract well with a tight spring, the hose has been good quality and we have been using them daily without any issues with the hoses. Overall this has been a good purchase for us and we will purchase more. They are similar in price to the harbor freight model but the hose rubber is way better.

Gerry Conway Very heavy, not flimsy at all
Very heavy, not flimsy at all. I wish the provided 5' \"connection hose\" was 8 or 10 feet as 5 is just a little restrictive, but that is easy to fix. Build quality is VERY STURDY and spring tension is very nice. Hose quality is also good. Easy mounting ( but you may need help based on where / how you choose to mount it, due to weight.)

Seems to work well so far. Hose is made of decent quality for the price and rolls up each time with no issues. Would buy another

Great value for the money. Seems to work well so far. I have it mounted on the wall in a place that requires me to pull the air hose out perpendicular to the reel. The rollers seem to guide it in and out no problem, seems sturdy.
