Everything came as described and on time. All products have held up to everyday use for a few months now.

It’s what is as described, a little heavy…use lag blots to attach it to a stud…only complaint I didn’t realize it doesn't come with the plug and coupler…harvested them from my old hose..

Mounted this on my ranch rig.. it's outside, in the elements 24/7; unrolls and rolls everytime. Haven't been disappointed at all

Item works great I might by a second for my shop not just the garage.

I came across this product by someone on YouTube that does independent reviews and he really liked the product and price. He is correct. Sturdy and a fair price. As always, good Amazon delivery.

The reel and bracket seem fine and heavy duty. I deducted 1 star because the \"instructions\" suck and, despite the claim of \"versatile\", the included hardware is intended for brick/concrete only. (Expansion bolts. Why they included 4 is beyond me , the bracket only has 2 holes. N I wanted to install in a regular American garage, but had to make a trip to my local hardware store for some 3/8 lag bolts to screw it to a wooden stud in the wall. No real illustration in the so called manual of how the short bolts and bushings are too be used to attach the reel to the bracket, just a simple Step \"3. Put the product on the bracket\" an illustration so tiny you can't tell anything. Most of the manual is devoted to safety warnings. Another reason to hate lawyers, who I am sure told them that was more important to avoid getting sued for the purchaser's stupidity.

Its a little heavy but expected since its built solid and without plastic. Works great and the hose is teriffic.

Very happy with product. Very upset with condition upon delivery. Freight company felt need to aerate the box with a forklift. The reel not damaged, but I have missing hardware. So now I'll go to the hardware store buy what should have been in my package and in doing so boost the economy with my meager purchase. My how joyful.
