Had air leaks around us swivel and the end where it was gripped to the hose had to cut the hose the end off and repair it right out of the box

Standard hose reel. Works well but I wish it had an auto move guide for evenly spacing the hose on retraction. Also I had to put a block behind the swing mechanism as it moves around too freely.

We have had this since Sept 7th or so and the return spring has broken. Not quite sure why but it did. Not Happy.

Because of the weight of the item and non-reinforced box it came in with a bent hanger mount and the hose carrier was bent about an inch too close to the mount. I overlooked Murphys Law; when they can go wrong, they will. Would've just bought a used from Marketplace or better one from Snap-On if I'd known.

No stars What is wrong with your retractable hose. I have 2ea garden hose reels. One was purchased Aug 12 26 and the second purchased May 12 2026. They both stopped realing in the garden hose. On July 31 2026 I purchased the retractable air hose reel 3/8 x 100' that stopped working so I ordered a second one on Aug 9 2026 that one just now stopped working. No pictures or videos all the hoses are laying on the ground around 6' to 10'

I ordered this reel a few months ago. Today I got around to unboxing and installing. The spring cover was dented and the internal spring was not connected. No way to return it now. Trash! My first product from VEVOR that was less than stellar.

My real did not last but 6 months before break. What’s pitty!

The second pull on the hose, the spring came undone so it wouldn’t retract. I dropped the end of the hose on the shop floor while standing, half of the male end of the hose broke off, no tool was attached. I’ve got some stuff from vevor that has been great, this is not.

100 feet of 3/8ths air hose is too long. At least 15 feet hangs and will not retract. Quaries to Temu for a fix has been ignored. I asked if there is a way to wind the hose tighter so it does not roll out onto the floor when retracted.
