How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Asaf Bad product
Impossible to use. Once it inflated after taken out of the box it just became a solid round shape pillow with hard sticking out bumps which is genuinely uncomfortable.

A. Aron Comfy but bad poor qc
Its a shame that the quality control on this item is not as good as the comfort this pillow provides. It arrived with 2 seams ripped before I even let it fully decompress. I still give it 3 stars because I repaired it myself and its extremely comfy and exactly what I was looking for.
