Well first of all the box I received was very flimsy and weak for the product. Second thing was the box was half opened and finished ripping opened as soon as I picked it up from the porch, not that the box was the product that I purchased. Chains and binders seem to be in good shape. Third problem I had was the second set was never sent for whatever reason all I received was a email that said your money was returned for the second set..So I guess the product was just o.k.. Just an honest review.

One of the wrenches is missing the handle

I received a package. It was half open missing two pieces reached out to VEVOR , they said it was the carriers problem. The reason I was missing two of my pieces which in my opinion if you’re selling a product and the purchaser does not receive all of the product does not matter whose fault it is you should make it right they agreed to refund me 30 or $35 and I have yet to receive that refund on my card. The product itself works well it’s just they leave a bad taste in your mouth when they’ do not fulfill their promise of making sure the customer receives the entire product so therefore I have found a new distributor to buy my products from. I really wish they would’ve done the right thing because I would’ve continued to buy from them very often.

were good other than broke a chain second time i used them just be sure to keep well lubricated

Decent binder for the price. I was not a fan of the removable handle. Became very loose and was always falling off when trying to tie down a load

The ratchets are nice but are hard to swap from tightening to loosening. Also the handles vibrated out the first time I hauled my tractor with them. I recommend either putting some thread lock or tack welding them. I reached out to Vevor for a set of replacement handles and they said they aren’t available only full sets (binder and handles)

Ordered this in early November when it was shipped. Its missing parts. One of the handles is still missing. Still waiting on them to send it to me. Other than that, it seems okay.

Decent set, one binder doesn’t work well, but haven’t take the time to figure out why

They are good chains. The rachet not so great keeps binding up. Wish they had a extrat 2 feet on the length

Don’t believe the arrive by date initially shown, especially if you live out west. This was shipped from ON to AB by train and arrived a week later than shown. Delivered by Puralator and they don’t work weekends either. Resulted in having to delay my trip. Chains were as advertised. The chain binders are NOT stamped with WLL so not sure how legal they would be for you professional drivers out there. If I were to do it again and I wasn’t in a hurry I would watch the sales at Princess Auto and shop local.
