Are you people crazy?????? I was about to write when you sent me an ad wanting me to purchase something. That came after the request to rate your customer service, which I succinctly replied "YOU HAVE NO CUTOMER SERVICE" AND NOW you want me to review something I did not receive!!! It was delivered to the wrong address and your SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOTHING EXCEPT ASK ME TO PROVE I DIDN'T GET IT. AND PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY ON UPS.
YOUR COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLE. TALK ABOUT ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. HERE IS MY OPINION 'I imagine the planter is great that is why I ordered and paid for it. However, since it was left at someone else's door and not mine and I received no help in retrieving it or the company saw no reason to send me a replacement I can only imagine because I cannot possibly know how good or bad a thing is if I never got it!!! I DARE YOU TO PRINT MY RATING OF A PLANTER I DID NOT RECEIVE.
