Add another 100 CAD for rigidizer and refactory cement. Good fire bricks go for 15 around here, you need two anyway. It brings metal up to 2000F quite easily and stays hot for some time. No problem turning burners on after being off for 5-10 min and they light right up. This is my first Propane forge so act accordingly with this info.

Yeah itll do the job. Needs at least a rear door, added for heat control. The insulation needs sealed aswell. I wish the chokes had a solid slot/line so your not hunting with the thumbscrew to lock it at desired height
Otherwise i have some scorching of paint ect and it seems to work well enough.

My first forge, it worked very well for my beginner projects. I would highly reccomend it, although the one downside was it's size. it doesn't do well with anything other than blades and flat projects
