En menos de un año tenemos una fuga por el tapon de desagüe, lo que hace que el contenido se desparrame por el suelo. No encontramos recambios del tapon o el bidon, por lo que parece que quedará inservible

We purchased this portable camping toilet recently for a trip we were doing in our campervan this month. We left a few days ago. We filled the upper fresh water reservoir, loaded the toilet into our van, and took off. By the time we got to our first destination, the entire fresh water tank leaked all over in our van. I cannot figure out where it is leaking from, but it is very clearly defective. We have owned several camp toilets over the years and have never experienced this issue with any of our Camco toilets. Now, we’re on a two week trip and have a toilet we cannot use properly. Very frustrating! The features on this portable toilet are great, but none of that matters if you can’t even put fresh water in for flushing. Three days into the trip, the lid and seat broke off when my wife was lifting it. This thing is junk, and is the first item I’ve bought from Vevor that I’ve been unhappy with…

Bonjour, je vous contacte concernant les WC portables que j’ai achetés. Ils ont été très peu utilisés, mais ils sont déjà abîmés, comme vous pouvez le constater sur les photos jointes. Je trouve cela anormal compte tenu du faible usage du produit.

Ho comprato il prodotto e mi sono trovato con vari problemi che espongo in ordine di importanza: 1. Quando apro la vavlola di scarico dalla parte superiore a quella inferiore fa una specie di vuoto che fa schizzare il contenuto sulla mia faccia. 2. Le chiusure laterali che uniscono la parte superiore a quella inferiore non fanno forza e addirittura si aprono da sole con il semplice movimento del camper quando guido. 3. Dato che le chiusure non chiudono con forza, esce il liquido della parte superiore che lascio per evitare eventuali fughe di odori del deposito delle acque nere. 4. Non si può spruzzare l'acqua dello sciacquone senza chiudere il coperchio del WC. 5. La manopola per aprire la valvola di scarico dalla parte superiore alla cisterna sottostante rimane sempre un po storta. 6. Ho comprato il prodotto per un prezzo però al riceverlo, dato che vivo in Svizzera, ho dovuto pagare altri 25€ in più per le spese doganali. Questo non era specificato nella web e solo l'ho saputo quando DHL si è rifiutata di consegnarmelo se non li pagavo. Tutto questo fa si che una volta che ho fatto i miei bisogni, scarico e mi schizza in faccia ciò che c'è dentro e se lascio dell'acqua pulita nella parte superiore me la ritrovo per terra dopo aver guidato e fa schifo. Non lo consiglio.
