very good, price and quality are excellent

It made spa easily accessible from the comforts of home. I just relax and get the coldness inside my body out to sweating, preventing colds to develop into a flu.

I love this thing on cold nights

Started a weight loss journey back in October. I’m walking up to 6 miles a day. I purchased this sauna to relax in after my workout and it’s been wonderful. It’s relaxing and my muscles are no longer sore the next day. I actually slipped outside, on the ice, and immediately went into the sauna when I get home. Was expecting some soreness the next day, I am 63, and nothing. No soreness. Sits in my dining room and I am now using it 3 times a week. Loving it.

Have been using this about 3-4 times a week for a couple of months now. So far so good. Easy set up and reasonably spacious for 1 person. Would have given 5 stars but the small chair it comes with smells very plastic-y and the odor doesn't seem to go away. Finally, the sauna might not get quite as hot as it specifies. I always use the boiler on the highest setting, and only after about 15 minutes, I will feel overheated and have to take a break.

It takes it about twenty minutes to get hot. But once it gets hot, it definitely gets hotter than the one person sauna. This one seems to run about a 115°. I'm really satisfied with it. I have been using it almost every night. I can already tell the difference in my breathing and my skin is softer . I would recommend this for anybody that is interested in better health.

Work's great. Heats up well. It is more wet than steam, but does the trick and helps with all of my arthritis?And muscles and bone
