BEWARE the return policy - this company is NOT a customer first retailer. Admittedly, I made a mistake. My pool guy would not install the rails in my flagstone because the base would too close to the edge of the pool and I would chip or crack the pool decking due to the configuration of the flagstone install. He advised that I purchase a longer Figure-4 handrail that could be mounted further back on my deck and would not create cracks or chips. The rails were never unpacked from the box, he was able to determine this just by looking at the instructions and by making a few basic measurements. VEVOR did reimburse me a small amount equivalent to perhaps return shipping (which they want to avoid vehemently) but never did they offer a full credit toward the purchase of another rail option that was much more expensive. Therefore, another retailer has $275 in their register and VEVOR has a negative review and an ex-multi-purchase customer who will never buy from them again and who will share the frustration with every friend and relative that I can. Now, yes you are correct that I have a handrail set that I am trying to sell on Tucson Craigslist, but what are the odds a customer is willing to purchase a critical accessory for their pool without at least a manufacturer's warranty? Thanks VEVOR for the big headache.
