Homeowner here. Fairly handy. Super easy to install. Directions are clear and easy to understand. Overall very satisfied with this pocket door kit vs the big box store versions, and for about $5 more I get soft open and close. Well worth it IMO.

A big advantage is the frame and track system, which can be easily cut to size, allowing it to fit a wide range of door widths and non-standard openings. This makes it very DIY-friendly and flexible for renovations. Overall, it’s a solid, adjustable pocket door kit with a surprisingly refined soft-close for the price.
