Never buy this product I couldn’t get it started at all had to be refunded! Completely ruined my project I had lined up etc was the worst ever!! Please don’t buy! There motto is tough tools for cheap more like cheap tools for cheao that don’t work

homeowner diy
i bought the smaller one and everything seemed fine. so i could have 2 guys compacting at the same time i ordered this bigger 2nd unit. before this one was delivered the first one stopped working- won't start anymore. then this one was delivered and this one will not start at all- big shame.

Never received. Shipment lost. No support from VEVOR. Took weeks to get a refund and like a dozen begging for an update. AI responses
saying. Thank You for your patients....Wait 48 hours....on repeat. Finally agreed to a refund and then said they would not pay until they received the lost Tamper. ?????Seriously. I finally got a refund yesterday. I have ordered from Vevor with no problems. When something goes wrong it is hell. Some one to talk to would be nice.

The pull starter has failed after approximately an hour of run time. The cord must pulls with no resistence and the motor does not turn over. I have requested a replacement or refund. I will update the review based on their customer service’s response. In the interim, I recommend skipping this product and going with a different brand.

Assembled and it had oil in it and it wasn’t supposed to but the oil had spilled all over the box. Went to use it and it smoked and wouldn’t start. When it did start it only lasted a few minutes before cutting off. Trash - stay away. Hope Vevor does the right thing and refunds me the money and sends the courier to come take it back

Finally got to try out my new packer will need to have the main part, the generator leak and not hold oil turned out that the bolts were not tightened right from the factory and two bolts. You cannot even get it to tighten them because the piece is welded in place.
