The only complaint I have is that there's a small gap at the top above the roller, but unless it's a mounted design I don't see a way around it. This has been an incredible addition to my apartment patio !which gets direct sun from noon-8 all summer making my living room unbearable). I assembled it by myself easily, but did need help putting it up just because I couldn't hold both ends at the same time cause my arms are not 118" wide. 2 of my neighbours have also gotten these and are also happy with theirs. Great product for spaces you can't drill holes.

Legs are kind of weak. But I blame how this season has been for us in southern Cali. I will say though. The material is tough.

Was easy to put together and works great. Was hoping it would be a little more HD. I live in NE and we have a lot of wind here so the future will tell.

PROS The product is exactly what we have been looking for - a simple awning that provides some shade for the plants in our small courtyard. It is easy to DIY and to use. The colour matches our house perfectly - it blends in. CONS We are disappointed with one part (K). This is a thumb screw that attaches to an arm that holds up the shade on both sides. The thumb screw keeps falling off. We had to purchase a longer one from Bunnings before the issue was solved. Also, the footings on both sides, requires turning it clockwise/anti-clockwise to tighten the posts between the roof/eaves and ground. When turning, it feels as though there is no grip in the thread. We are going to re-do this and see if this can be improved.

Love it! Sturdy and easy to use

Works as advertised and relativly easy to assemble. My purpose required hard mounting to an existing fence.

This is a great product that assembles easily, functionality is good, great adjustments easy to use. Only downfall is that the joints are weak and should be made a little tighter in order to prevent flexing. Overall great product for the price and functionality.
