Excellent product, purchased 6 months ago and installed outside entertainment area / pergola to use as electrical box
It is a box and mostly weather tight with the rubber seal, we did have a large downpour one day and some water managed to get inside but i drilled a small 3mm hole on the base so never a problem for the future
Very happy only wish it has a pre drilled / shaped hole to run a 240v plug through it,it does have standard knockouts for normal electrical wiring conduit
