First I would like to say it’s a cheap ladder . Next I would like to state I am 160lbs and when I climb this ladder it bows in the middle very bad and is very unstable.

I received this ladder from FedEx, found the foot of the ladder bent pretty bad.I immediately contact customer service and I also purchased insurance but both Customer Service Departments replied with telling me to wait 48 hrs while they look into the problem. I need the ladder to change out the light fixture on 16’ ceiling this weekend. Now I can stare at this ladder for the weekend, would anyone use this to get up to 16’ ceiling ?I hope they will schedule Fedex to come to pick up the ladder.

The ladder arrived damaged and even though I purchased the warranty, Vevor is refusing to make the issue right. They keep saying it's 'resolved' and I have to keep reopening the ticket to try and get a return label sent to me. I'm starting to believe this company is a scam.

Le système pour transformer l'échelle malgré un graissage est assez dur à manipuler, en espérant que ça ne s'aggrave pas !

I love the ladder, I had the chance to use a couple times already and it feels pretty strong. The only thing I dont like is that is not wide enough for an adult. I am 6'2 and it is kinda hard for me to use it due to the steps not being wide enough. Other than that I am happy with my purchase
