the wheel is wobbly right out of the package

La livraison était très longue. Je devais le recevoir 5 jours après ma commande, et je l'ai reçu 30 jours après. Le tour n'est pas stable sur pied. Quand je viens pour centrer mon argile, le tour a poterie se déplace. Très difficile à centrer. Le tour n'est pas stable, il saute. La pédale sur le côté très mauvaise idée. Lorsque je j'appuie dessus, le tour bascule sur le côté et destabilise mon argile. J'ai écrit aux services après vente et pour eux, il n'a pas de défaut. Il se vend ainsi. Je n'ai pas pu me faire rembourser même si j'étais insatisfaite. J'ai réussi à faire quelques pièces, mais ils sont tous croches. Pas satisfaite, et je ne le recommande pas. Difficile à utiliser.

Good features. Good size. Wheel thumped for the first while, but seems to have levelled out now. Difficult to run at a slow speed. Pedal does a poor job of setting the wheel speed. Drip pan leaks. Wheel slows down when you apply any pressure to it. I would not buy this model again, especially at this price point.

Dopo aver ricevuto l'articolo malfunzionante, il piatto balla e girando fa un rumore costante e fastidioso, chiedo il reso che mi viene negato. Scrivo ripetutamente all'azienda e il reso mi viene costantemente negato, prima mi suggeriscono di ripararlo a casa poi che secondo loro l'articolo funziona (non funziona, se il piatto balla è inutile). Ho provato a chiedere il numero dell'assistenza per poter parlare direttamente con qualcuno ma anche questa volta niente. Sono passate 3 settimane e ancora si rifiutano di accertarmi il reso.

For the life of me I cannot get my clay to center on this wheel. I spent an hour and half trying different size clay balls and could not get any of them to center. If you press down on the wheel really hard trying to center the clay the wheel slows down. It simply cannot take that much force. Super disappointed.

Ho provato più volte a contattare il centro assistenza senza risultato..vorrei essere contattata perché il tornio presenta dei problemi.. ne ho comprati già altri ma questo risulta difettoso. grazie

If this had been my first Vevor purchase, it would have been my last. I have found Vevor tools to be good quality for the price. My wife is a professional potter and we bought this wheel thinking it would be useful for students. The wheel head had .03" runout VS .003" runout on a name brand wheel, in other words, out of the box the wheel head wobbles. It is also low powered and can easily be stopped by hand. When I contacted support they said the wheel was fine, so they must all be this bad. I did get a refund so I will cautiously continue to buy from Vevor. To be fair, you could probably make small items on this wheel but if a professional has a hard time on one why choose this to learn a new skill?
