The tool is probably good
Tools is probably good. The drawer latches broke on the third attempt to open it. The lid has no handle, so it's impossible to carry. All tools fell out in a heap. I had to buy a more expensive Stanley.

Missing tools. No help from customer service.
Missing tools. Was told they would be shipped to me when they were back in stock. Nothing ever happened and now customer service will not answer my emails. Bad business.

Junk do not buy
Absolute junk! Lowest quality metal. The tools don’t even stay in their respective spots-they spill out making a mess. The drawers are plastic junk that barely holds together. Wish I hadn’t bought this!

Don’t waste your time
To call it low quality would be tragic understatement.. sockets don’t stay on the ratchet , the sockets fit loose on bolts , the wrenches are very no better quality . The drawers don’t open smoothly and the cheap latches failed after the second use. There are far better options

cant say much about the tool box !! never received it waited 20 plus day !! it was lost !! i think it was out of stock , but they wouldn't own up to it. BUT they have so good items !! The other items i ordered a jack , gas cans , pull behind sweeper . And me i add i will buy more from them as deeded.

Used items and missing parts
I was a big fan of Vevor, and they are my go to place for almost everything but not anymore. I got this toolbox, many heads came missing and it seems like someone used it and returned it, and then it was shipped to me. This is unacceptable since i paid for a brand new one.
