The door lock arrived faulty, as the front panel is totally disabled and does not work. You can open it from the front but you can not close.

Bought the Vevor mechanical keyless entry door lock, 14 mechanical on October 09 2026. The key pads does not work on both side, and I like to return it for a full refund.

purchased 7 of these. 1 was missing parts and 1 does not work. Support has been dragging me along for months and still has not offered to replace the defective units. Recommend not purchasing this particular model until they have the bugs worked out.

Je sais pas si c'est moi mais quand je lai installer, si je serre trop les visse qui assemble la pogné elle vient dure a tourner et la clanche ne veut pas ressortir alors j'ai abandonné et remis ma vieille.

I spent 1 hour adjusting the fitment then it won't lock. I used the second set to finally install it. My tenant claims it was too complicated and didn't always work. I removed it replace with original and put it back in the box through it in the corner make it up as a lesson and a loss

Returns with Vevor is impossible. They run you around in circles. You have been warned.

Tut was er soll- ist aber recht plump und schwer. Wer keine Batterien oder Kabel nutzen möchte ist hier richtig. Einen Designerpreis würde ich allerdings nicht vergeben.
