Good unit prety easy to use, if you use a clamp to hold to work surface it can be used by one person, it is just missing something to hold it partialy tilted open so you can reload .

The shipping was really fast and the product worked good. I did have to clamp down the stuffer while using. Other than that it worked great. I modified the a sausage tube for making ground jerky. That made it faster and easier than using a jerky gun.

colis arrivé en excellent etat mais grosse peur en deballant l appareil la soupape etait demonté je l ai remontée sans soucis il as etait utilisé de suite pour l embossage de 4kilo 500 de saucisson sans soucis cette machine est une merveille j allait prendre le 3 litre mais ayant pris le 5 litres je ne regrette pas car je ne remplis pas le reservoir entierement je m y suis repris en 2 fois pour faire mes 4kilos500 tranquillement
