New to sausage making and this is my first purchase, and I find this is an ideal stuffer for home use. I had 5lbs of english banger and it filled to the brim. But that is the max I would make at once so perfect for me. Since then I have used it three times for smaller batches. Easy to use as one person and easy to clean. Solid piece of work. Worth it.
