The stuffer leaks so bad when trying to push meat through it I had to put a towel around the whole thing.

Der Wurstfüller hatte einen Superpreis, leider hat er schon den ersten Einsatz nicht überstanden. Die Welle der Handkurbel wird auf der Gegenseite mit einem Sicherungsring gehalten, der schon nach ein paar Umdrehungen abgefallen ist. Auch nach dem Wiederaufklippen hat er nicht gehalten. Dadurch rutscht die Welle aus der Halterung und das Gerät ist unbrauchbar. Muss mir jetzt überlegen, ob ich den Wurstfüller einfach wieder zurückschicke oder selbst versuche zu reparieren.

Ho chiesto 2,guarnizioni di scorta ( da acquistare a parte) e mi stanno solo inviando messaggi che non c’entrano nulla con la mia richiesta. Purtroppo per quello che mi riguarda un servizio inefficiente che non ha risolto la mia esigenza.

O produto apresenta várias fugas, desgaste desde o primeiro uso que pode fazer mal ao produto, solta algumas “limalhas” de metal.

The lower seal on the sausage stuffer was installed incorrectly and this causes juice to drip everywhere creating quite the mess. Also, because of the gap, meat gets stuck in the bottom making the stuffer impossible to clean. I reached out to customer service on 06/05 and just heard back, they offered a $18 refund… Extremely disappointed and frustrated right now

DO NOT BUY. First use the gears anti slip mechanism is failing. I have metal shavings falling out of the gear box. Have been getting one response per day from vevor about trying to get it warrantied or replaced or refunded. They are awful to deal with customer service wise. They want me to take it apart and send pics. Will NOT buy again. Spend your money on something quality.
