Klasse Verfüller!! Am Anfang braucht es etwas Zeit bis eine Strategie ensteht, danach - spielend leicht, mit guter Muskelkraft. kleine Nachteile: für ganz schmale Wurst-Seitlinge gibt es keinen Dorn-Aufsatz. Hier muß man sich selber einen Basteln. Konstruktionsbedingt bleibt am Ende Wurstfüllung in den Tot-Räumen, welcher jedoch in 'handarbeit' noch in Seitlinge eingearbeitet werden kann. (Nicht zu vergessen: Aufpassen beim Volumen - in einer normalen Haushaltsküche ist die Reinigung recht sehr erschwert und landet da eher im Dusch-/Badraum. Ist jedoch kein Hindernis.) Abfüllgeschwindigkeit per Hand (riesen Vorteil) und hergestellte Produkte sind lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

There was a little seepage or oozing of ground meat from the bottom seam of the stuffer and from were the sauage tube attaches. Overall it did the job.

buena calidad, la unica pega que le pongo es el sistema anclaje que tiene el tubo por donde sale la mezcla, que es muy simple y durante el proceso se suelta varias veces, es algo que deberian tener en cuenta el fabricante y darle una solucion, por lo demas todo bien

Wasn't expecting to pay this much, but when I saw how it's made, was quite impressed. It is definitely worth the extra money. I'm OK with manually stuffing with this sausage stuffer. I want to start making pepperettes and breakfast sausages and needed the smaller lumen for filling. The only thing I'm not impressed with, was the plastic shape makers. One was shattered and is on it's way to replace it. I can't wait to make endless churros and cookies as it can be used for a cookie press for my grandkids. There is some waste, but I make a patty with the last remaining sausage in the stuffer.
