Pole saw
I was paying $500 a year to trim my palm tree twice a year. After paying just a little over $100 I can see I’m going to save a lot of money at least for a while until the tree is too tall for me. Right now I still have two sections I didn’t attach to the pole. I’m so happy I could just jump for joy.

Exceeded my expectations
Having several name brand pole saws, this is by far the best I've ever owned. The pole sections are strong and the entire assembly fits neatly in the heavy duty carrying bag. I must admit, when fully extended, it's a little limber and heavy to lift in place, but the blades are so sharp, little effort is needed to cut pretty large limbs. I highly recommend this tool.

Amazing tool able to cut branches higher and more efficiently than other pole pruners I have used
After a couple of high $ bids from tree pruning services we invested less than $100 in this tool, which did everything we needed. The length of the segmented pole is increased as needed by adding segments, which is very easy to do. there are two different tools that can be installed on the business end of the pole. One is a conventional bypass pruner actuated with a rope and a short saw similar to typical hardware store pole saws. The other is a larger saw blade with a hook at the end. This blade is very well designed and functional. With this we were able to saw off a 5 inch diameter branch at more than 20 ft elevation without climbing or standing on a ladder, and smaller branches even higher. At the longer extensions the tool gets a bit heavy. I am 76 and in ok shape, and could use it up to about 18 ft extension. My son is stronger and could use it at full extension with some moderate difficulty. Overall the tool is very well designed and constructed. It comes with a spare hook type saw blade and a nice carry/storage case. It is easy to give this 5*.

Mr
Nice item and well priced. It’s bit difficult to handle and use at full extension. Will be an excellent tool if it was a bit lighter.

Versitile, Strong, Light
I rarely take the time to write reviews on here, but this tool is amazing, particularly for the price. The pruner cuts easily. The saw is fast, a good length, and the hooks on each end make it much easier to use. The method for connecting the handle tubes together works extremely well and is very stable and strong.

Endurance 101
Out the box this pole saw was solid and easy to put together. Endurance will be required if using the full length be prepared. The saw blade has a curve with a stop on each end which definitely helps when cutting . You get that full stroke meaning it cuts the saw time down. Ive used this saw on live oak/southern oak tree with 4\" branch diameter and it cuts well. I have a 12ft fiskars manual saw which has no stop and it jumps all over the place. I gave this 4 stars because the saw is great. Easy connection twist lock type for the pole. Don't waist your money on the package for both saw and branch trimmer. Trimmer looks good, but it's blade position makes it almost worthless. The pully system rope is smaller and the way it grasp a limb seems to be loosing bite force. The fiskars branch trimmer is far better than this one , but the saw blade is good on this one. After about 8 hrs of use I had to pop some pins / tension pins back in to holes of the threaded sectional pieces . No biggie, but make note of that. This saw gets it done, but this at full length is not for the weak. It's not bad when you cut up to 2\" branches, but once you get past that it becomes a hard core endurance and stanima race .

Higher Cutting
Very light weight. Like the locking feature will not fall apart while using. Easy to use. Very sharp cutting blade and cuts straight. The one issue is at 27 feet it is harder to cut thicker branches because of the give of the fiberglass poles. But it will not break.

Mr
It serves the purpose of high cuts as described. You need strong arms to do so in full extension length.
