Worked great for trimming my palms. A 27' saw is very unwieldy.
If you want a 27' tree trimming saw, this is a good one. At least it did the trick for me. I was glad I got a longer that 20' one, as things are taller than they seem. I used it to trim some queen palms. Not really about this saw specifically, but using a 27' saw is very difficult. I'm pretty fit/strong and it was no joke. I saved a bunch of money doing this myself, but I can see many people not being able to do it.

Too Heavy with Multiple Sections
It's quite sturdy but with that it becomes too heavy to maneuver. Tried unsuccessfully to buy the pruner scissor which didn't come with this product but is sold under a different model. Vevor wouldn't sell it to me and the return date passed. Only good with the saw which was good. Had to buy another brand (Fiskar) which is light and effective with pruner scissor.

Works great. I like the 3 saw blades included

Saw is easy to put together and stand it up
I used this poll saw to trim branches that are about twenty to twenty three feet high and five to seven inches around. They are all about ten to twelve feet long. I’m crippled so it takes a little bit longer to get the saw into place by my self.

You need some strength to control the fully extended pole with the blade on the end.
I had trouble finding someone to trim the branches that are hanging to close to the roof. I expected to pay about $300 plus for the trimming service. I then bought this item and I was able to remove all of the low hanging branches that could damage the roof. The product is well made and unscrews for easy storage in the heavy duty storage bag. It takes less space than the old style tree trimming pole that uses a rope to engage the cutting blade.

Bag stap tore first time I picked up the bag.
Really, single stitching - not reinforced.

Easy to use and sturdy
I had thousands of dollars worth of tree trimming and pruning at various properties. I decided to do it myself using this tool. It's AWESOME. I've cut limbs up to 10 inches in diameter way up in the trees. It's fun to use also! Makes you feel like a baddie. Easy to put together, comes in a nice bag with a shoulder carry strap, heads are sharp and easy to replace, and the whole thing is still pretty lightweight.

Pole is stiffer
This has good saw blades but even better is the pole at full length will bend some but much less than my older fiskar and is much easier to use.

Works great!
Very sharp, works really good. No trouble cutting 2 an 3 inch limbs. Very satisfied with this product.

Easy to connect but you need some physical strength to use it
Overall, when I connected the parts, I solved it in 5 minutes. It will be easy to cut some branches that are less than 2 inches in diameter, and it will take a few back and forth to get it done; larger diameters will take more effort on your part. If you attach more poles for cutting you will need some strength. But it’s worth it for a product that costs tens of dollars.
