Did the job -> Trimmed ~ 20 palm leaves without difficulty + light weighted (bonus)
Bottom line, it did the job. I would recommend it.Package arrived with one end slightly damaged. So my 1st impression is not very good. There is no instruction on how to connect the rod with the saw. But it is a relatively straight forward installation. Finished the installation part in ~ 10 min. Both the saw and rod are light weighted, that makes the trimming easier. ~ 20 palm leaves can be trimmed without difficulty by a middle aged female. So far, used it 2 times to trim a palm tree (~25 feet ). Do not know how durable it is.Costco has similar tool with cheaper price (~ $66), but it is much heavier (you will get tired by holding it too long). Plus you need to figure out how to take it home. since it is a long tool (~ 6 feet).

IT WORK'S !
I love this thing , because it works !I used this for 14 inch thick branches , almost 16 feet up . Cut through it , like a hot knife through butter .Super easy to use !

Excellent saw,
Excellent saw, end hooks are sharpened to prevent tree bark from tearing, also keeps saw stablized.

Very worth it
Very simple to use light weight, can change blade which I recommened not the greatest but the poles make it super easy. I will buy another in a heart beat

very good pole saw
It is a really light weight saw. It works to trim off the branches that are high. The strokes need to be straight and steady, otherwise it may get stuck. Get your techniques right and it should work as a trimmer.Highly recommended.

I expect many years of happy use. Thanks.
Awesome product. Light weight, blade thickness & length just right, telescoping handle makes it highly maneuverable.

This pole saw is great!
It is a good product. Let the weight of gravity do the work when sawing, and it should not bend or break. Please don’t force it when sawing, and don’t extend the pole out to the max to make sure it doesn’t bend at the joints. It you do this, the pole saw will work great!

Worked well, met my expectations (see details)
I was puzzled by the contrast in the reviews: some people hated it, some loved it -- were they reviewing the same product?Yes they were, and I think I can now explain the contrast in opinion. This is 25 ft tool for $70. I think some folks were expecting the lightness and rigidness of lightweight titanium or carbon fiber, but folks, be realistic, it is hard plastic and $70. When extended to 25 ft it starts to bend from its own weight. All this means is that you need some patience and aestheticism in getting the hook at the end on top of the target branch. If you are the clumsy type, this may not be the tool for you. Once the hook is on the branch, the pole is stable and one can concentrate on pulling the rope. The biggest branch I cut was 1 inch in diameter, but one does need some "oomph" to cut branches more than 1/2 inch. Grandma-types may not be able to do this. Finally, there is a small danger here -- while one is marveling at the thickness of the branch just cut, the branch is accelerating towards one's head. I consider myself athletic but I did get "bonked" a few times. Next time I'll invest in a hard-hat.

It's great. Once I got used to it, it's a great product for cutting and sawing out of reach items. I must admit, with all extensions attached (26ft), it's pretty much too difficult to manage - but it can be done with a lot of balancing. The cord for the cutter is also a bit lightweight but that's not a deal breaker. I really like using this product and am going to wear it out with cropping everything not nailed down. I did note that the andle of the saw seems a bit odd, because to saw from 26 feet away, you need the angle to be almost in line, but because it is at an angle, it keeps jambing as you pull down...so just 8 cm strokes.
