Absolutely the flimsiiest "anti-theft" box. The fron door and lock is so tin that you can easily pull it open with your fingers or a basic screw driver. This is NOT secure at all and is a complete waste of money

Bonjour, Très dessus je suis en communication avec le SAV depuis deux semaines, la boîte au lettre est arrivée rayé avec de nombreux défaut bosse ect.. Je me bat depuis pour obtenir l’échange ou le remboursement. On me propose 28 euros de remboursement. Je ne vous conseil vraiment pas. Triste de devoir réclamer son due.

I have tried to contact customer service. Nothing will go through. Products seems to be a good product. Minus the keypad, not working and customer service. Contacts me about this and fixes the issue.

I have never received the package, the company made me waiting for over three weeks, and then refunded me. No discounted product was offered, which I think it's the least a company should do. So, I waited over three weeks for a product that never arrived to then getting my money back but still not having the product I need. Ultimately, not a reliable company and a very disappointing experience.

I waited for almost a month. Item was not delivered..tracking was useless. Thei customer service is very responsive. I wasted my time waiting and caused delay to my project. Refunded in full.

LOCK DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. REALLY CHEAP MECHANISM. WILL HAVE TO ADD A PADLOCK TO THE DOOR! BOX ITSELF IS STURDY AND SHOULD DO THE TASK ALTHOUGH NOT THAT BIG AN OPENING. WILL ONLY RECEIVE SMALL PACKAGES.
