The wheel fell off on the first trial. Multiple tries at refitting the wheel, and it hasn't worked yet. The instructions don't include how to fix the problem.

Well when you receive goods that are damaged in the factory before they are packaged it doesn't put you in a great mood. Someone had to have seen the mesh bag holes in it. It was clearly seen as soon as I started to unwrap it, who knows what the rest of it is like?! So you jump on their website to speak with support as it's supposedly 24/7 service (states it on the website) BUT you get this message "Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We're offline right now, but we'll respond to your message when we're back online in a few hours." you start to get pissed off!! Especially as the message comes AFTER you start listing the problem and providing info. Not my 1st time buying from VEVOR but most likely my last.
