Customer Reviews for VEVOR Tow Behind Lawn Sweeper 44 inch, 25 cu. ft Large Capacity Heavy Duty Leaf & Grass Collector with Adjustable Sweeping Height, Dumping Rope Design for Picking Up Debris and Grass

I feel pretty good about putting together any item that gets delivered to me… This one was difficult! The directions were horrible, thank goodness they had a tutorial I used it for about 20 minutes today and two bolts fell out from the liver arm… In order for it to be usable again I had to go scrounge up a couple of bolts to rig it up. While trying to attach liver arm, I noticed that two of the brushes were already deformed. I hope this wasn’t from the 20 minutes of use that I put into them, maybe it was that way when I got it. Be sure to have some room to store it. It’s pretty big and awkward. On the bright side, it did pick up grass and leaves.

Seems to work ok but the instructions are no help for putting it together. There is a video that makes it easier to assemble. Overall seems cheap made and I don’t feel like it’s going to hold up long.

The machine works. But, packaging and subsequently assembly was a nightmare. Missing nuts & bolts, and the instructions do not match the materials sent. It’s like they sent an outdated version of the instructions. Either that or the they missed sewing two nylon loops into the bag during manufacturing. I made it work, but remains to be seen if this error impacts long term. Update your instructions and package the parts properly. Had to run to Lowe’s to get after market fittings.

Very difficult assembly. Working fairly well.

Well when you receive goods that are damaged in the factory before they are packaged it doesn't put you in a great mood. Someone had to have seen the mesh bag holes in it. It was clearly seen as soon as I started to unwrap it, who knows what the rest of it is like?! So you jump on their website to speak with support as it's supposedly 24/7 service (states it on the website) BUT you get this message "Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We're offline right now, but we'll respond to your message when we're back online in a few hours." you start to get pissed off!! Especially as the message comes AFTER you start listing the problem and providing info. Not my 1st time buying from VEVOR but most likely my last.
