Very happy with the inflatable dock, good quality material , ladder is functional. kids are having a ball with it. Top is slippery to walk on, kids love it, adults have to be careful. All around great product for the money

I picked up this floating dock a few weeks ago and it has lived up to the promise. It's a bit of a hassle to inflate but be patient it is filling slowly. I've had it in the water for weeks and it hasn't deflated. The plastic is thick and tough, and I use it as a step down from my much higher dock to put my efoil in and out of the water. So far so good!

It says non slip but it is extremely slippery ....more like a slip and slide. Someone needs to send out some non slip tape or something to fix this as it has no traction. Overall good idea just wish I could did a solution for that. Get and electric blower too....be so much better.

Great Price and ease of use. Quality is good for price, could use a little better tie off/tie down system and a little abrasion resistant material around perimeter. I ordered better D rings and tie offs to add to platform.

The family Loves it! They spent hours playing king of the float at our lake cabin. My grandchildren are adults, but that didn't stop them of having fun on the Venor float. They used the slick side of the float and had tons of fun pushing each other off the float.They would slide across the Venor, too. They also sunbathed on the float. It gave them a warm place to enjoy the sun. As much of the time they spent on the float, the Venor held up to the rigorous playtime without and holes, splits or ruptures.I would recomend the float for fun family time in the sun. It is a family favorite for the summer at the cabin by the lake in Eastern Washington. It makes for a fun time by the lake.

Love the dock! It's huge. Naughty a pop up tent and now have a houseboat. My only gripe is I didn't receive the cary bag. And communicating w customer service has not been all that easy.

I’m so glad I purchased the mat. The kids love playing on it, it’s durable enough to set up a chair and use it as a dock. We tie it up right behind the boat for beach days. The adults use it as a floating snack bar. My only complaint is it’s very difficult to fold up and stuff back into the carrying bag.

It slowly lost air from the 1st attempt with only kids (ages 4-8) playing on it in a lagoon. Then, lost more after we re-filled it and they played on it a 2nd time. The 1st reply from customer service was to patch it. I was more adamant in my response and they finally had me send it back at my expense and gave me a refund. I feel that they should have offered to pay return shipping since I contacted them within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

It's way too big and heavy for me to move it, let alone get it aired up to use. Great concept, love the idea of using it alongside the dock, but just too much weight there. I'm sure it's great, unfortunately not something I can use for myself and granddaughter.
