Don't buy it. The pump is 33 lpm, not 65 lpm. They don't take it back. The spec are wrong.

does not chill properly
very low quality. Does not chill water below 70 degrees. Also the Low water alarm was poorly wired and continuously ran. I had to open the machine to find wiring issue having never used it before. I will be seeking a refund

This should not be advertized as a "Water Chiller"
This is labeled and advertised as a "Industrial Water Chiller", which in no stretch of the words is accurate. It does not chill whatsoever, unless you consider warmer than room temperature to be chilly. It has no capacity to reduce the temperature of the water to "chill" it. After purchasing this and discovering it could not accomplish what I had purchased it to do, I attempted to return it, but per the return policy I would've been required to pay full shipping. I settled for the offer for a partial reimbursement for the item that I cannot use. I really think this should be properly labeled a water radiator, or some other title that does not imply it can cool or chill the water, because it can't.
