La macchina nel complesso funziona bene, ci sono però alcuni aspetti da modificare per rendere l'esperienza d'uso più semplice. Nel dettaglio: 1. Manuale di istruzioni: va riscritto migliorando la parte tecnica. 2. Le istruzioni di accesso ai vari menù sono scritte in maniera incomprensibile. 3. Il modo d'uso del controllore elettronico, per quanto riguarda l'accesso ai menù, è a dir poco ORRIBILE! Ci sono migliaia di esempi di gestione menù sul mercato. Prendete spunto dalla concorrenza e modificate sta schifezza. 4. Le istruzioni relative alle modalità di funzionamento del chiller non sono comprensibili se chi lo usa non ha un background di refrigerazione. 5. Tubi di connessione circuito acqua: troppo poco spazio e troppo vicini per usare fascette metalliche in maniera semplice.

Fast shipping, however sloppy work, lid on tank not sealed correctly, and the warning alarm is always on no matter what I do, water flowing as it should but warning busser will not shut off when machine is turned on, instructions leave something to be desired, lacking in info, just a few things from keeping it from being an awesome machine.

This is not a water chiller only a water circulator. Does not cool heated water and should not be called a water chiller.

Easy to connect. However the chiller has never worked properly. After many calls with tech support and sending in video after video we still do not have a working chiller. The faulty unit needs to be replaced with a new unit. We are tired and fed up with VEVOR refusing to remedy the situation.

Unit Arrived and did not work. The circulation pump failed. Need to repalce it myself as the cost and hassle of sending it back outweighed the cost of simply replaceing the $50 pump

Chiller does not cool nearly as well as the specs advertised. Like at all. Ultimately has become an expensive paper weight around the shop.

Bought this to use in our Lab. It was very loud did not have the ability to run on demand. The pump ran all the time and if the flow did not continuously flow it constantly alarmed. It was not quick to prime either. Quit working after a month of use spoke with warranty department they were supposed to send me an email explaining what next step was never heard back from them.

Purchased as the price was good. Discovered the unit has no refergerant and will not cool. Now the challange is getting Vevor Customer service to help with this faulty chiller.

Er zit een onduidelijke beschrijving bij het apparaat, moet zelf proefondervindelijk de functies verkennen. Na 1 maand is het apparaat gestopt met werken. Ik zou verwachten dat na het melden van de storing het apparaat onder garantie direct omgeruild zou worden maar ik krijg via een onpersoonlijke helpdesk een instructievideo vanuit China om zelf het apparaat open te schroeven en electrisch door te meten! Ongelofelijk! Dit is geen goede service en ik zal ook niemand aanraden om bij VEVOR iets aan te schaffen!

Der Kühler war bei uns nicht angekommen, trotz mehrer Mails konnte das Gerät nicht geliefert werden. lt. Aussage war das Gerät beim Spediteur gelagert und nicht mehr auffindbar. Eine Ersatzlieferung wurde zu dem vorab bezahltem Gerät nicht geliefert, ferner wurde uns der Kaufpreis erstattet. Das Gerät kann zu einem höheren Preis neu bestellt werden????
